Why fix up your cover with our parts
A few new components can add years of life to the patio cover you already own.
Save thousands vs. a new cover
Most worn patio covers only need a handful of parts. Swapping brackets, hangers, end caps or gutter pieces costs a fraction of tearing out and rebuilding.
Made to fit Alumawood
Our parts are the same Alumawood-style components used on new kits, so they match the profiles, sizes and hardware already on your cover — no guesswork, no adapters.
Restore that like-new look
Fresh end caps, 5/8″ plugs, rafter tails and color-matched touch-up paint make a faded, chipped cover look sharp again and boost curb appeal.
Stop leaks & water damage
Caulking, gasket and seal tape, roll-form gutter and downspout parts keep water off your patio and away from your home’s fascia and foundation.
Make it solid & safe again
Replace rusted base plates, loose post brackets and failing hangers with steel base plates, H-post kits, inside/outside brackets and Beamlyfts.
DIY-friendly repairs
Most fixes take basic hand tools and an afternoon. Grab our install instructions, or hand the parts list to your handyman or contractor.
Shipped or ready for pickup
Order the common parts online and have them shipped, or pick up at one of our pickup locations. Hard-to-find pieces are a quick call away.

Replacement parts FAQ
Is it worth repairing my Alumawood patio cover instead of replacing it?
In most cases, yes. Aluminum does not rot, crack or get termites, so the main structure usually stays sound for decades. What wears out are the small parts — hangers, brackets, caps, seals, gutters and fasteners. Replacing those restores the cover for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
How do I know which replacement part I need?
Use the problem → part finder on this page, check our full components list, or email us a few photos showing the part and where it attaches. We will help you match it.
Will your parts match my existing patio cover?
Our parts are Alumawood-style components built to the same profiles used on standard Alumawood patio covers. We also carry touch-up paint and parts in common colors such as white and brown so repairs blend in.
Can I install replacement parts myself?
Most repairs are DIY-friendly with basic tools like a drill/driver, ladder and caulking gun. Structural repairs such as posts and base plates may need a second person or a contractor. Always follow safety practices and local codes.
Do you ship, or can I pick up?
Common parts can be ordered online and shipped. We also have pickup locations. For larger or less common items, contact us and we will set it up.
What if the part I need is not in the online store?
The online store lists our most popular parts. Many more items are on our components page — call or email and we will quote and order it for you.
