Why hasn’t package shipped after 14 days?

1. SOMETIMES WE HAVE THE RIGHT ITEM BUT NOT THE RIGHT COLOR AND YOUR ITEM MAY BE ON BACK ORDER UNTIL WE GET THE NEW COLOR IN…AND WHEN IT COMES IN IS ENTIRELY UP TO THE DISTRIBUTOR.

2. SOMETIMES WE HAVE THE RIGHT ITEM, BUT NOT THE RIGHT QUANTITY AVAILABLE AND YOUR ITEM MAY BE ON BACK ORDER UNTIL WE GET MORE OF THAT ITEM IN…AND WHEN IT COMES IN IS ENTIRELY UP TO THE DISTRIBUTOR.

 WE TRY OUR HARDEST TO GET THESE ITEMS TO YOU NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE ORDER, BUT PLEASE BEAR WITH US.
